A. Registration

In this section users are requested to enter their personal details, such as name, address and date of birth. The system also requires users to read and accept the terms and conditions for using the system.
The registration process generates the username as well as the password needed for the login. The auto generated password is sent by email to the user in order to confirm the email address.

B. Personal Details

Some of this section will automatically be filled in with the details users entered during registration. Users should ensure that the information is correct, such as name, address, date of birth and contact details. The system also requires applicants to enter their nationality, residential status and any disabilities that an applicant may have.

C. Company details

This sections allows users to enter their company details. Alternatively, users can select "freelancer" or "does not belong to any companies". A list of previously entered companies is also provided in order to avoid redundancy and to associate users by companies.
D. Choices
In this section, applicants are invited to enter the projects of memberships they are applying to.

E. Education
Here, the system requests for the applicants to fill their education history by indicating where they have studied and which qualifications they are taking / have taken. The system also requests applicants to fill in their schools or colleges as well as list their qualifications.

F. Personal Statement
Applicants are requested to complete a personal statement, which tells more about the reasons why an applicant is applying for the project or membership he has chosen and why they should be chosen. This statement is to help know applicants more as persons.

G. Declaration
Once each section has been marked as complete, the system requires applicants to agree to the declaration. This declaration is to ensure that all previously entered information is correct and accurate.

H. Payment
Applicants applying through a company that has alterative payment arrangements will not be presented with this screen. Otherwise, applicants are requested to pay the application fee online using a credit card or a debit card. After this section is complete, the application is forwarded for internal processing.

I. Send your application
After payment has been received, the application is automatically sent for internal processing. If you are applying through company, the application is forwarded to the company. Once submitted, the application can't be changed. It will be internally processed...Applicants are also informed of the next stage of the process.
